1. Booking and Cancellation:

Clients must book sessions in advance using our online booking system or the Revive Wellness app.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session to avoid charges.

Late cancellations (within 12 hours) and no-shows will be charged a fee, applicable only to members. For clients with class packs, their credit will be forfeited.

Any disputes regarding charges must be communicated in writing to reception@revive-yoga.co.uk.

2. Membership and Class Packs:

Monthly or annual membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Class packs are non-refundable, but in exceptional circumstances, they may be transferred with permission from management.

Gift cards or account credits are non-refundable.

3. Retail Returns:

Retail items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached.

Sale items are non-returnable.

4. Wellness Suite:

Towels are provided in the wellness suite for wellness members. Introductory offers and drop-ins must bring their own towel or rent one for £1.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the voucher is forfeited.

Clients must download the Revive Wellness app and set up an account using the same email address used for purchase.

5. Liability Waiver:

Clients must confirm their medical fitness and sign a liability waiver within the app before using any services.

Revive is not liable for any losses or injuries incurred beyond our control.

6. General:

Get Fitter Livingston LTD trading as Revive reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

By using our services, clients agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

Class etiquette: No phones allowed during sessions. Clients must bring their own mat or put a towel down if using our mats. Towels can be hired for £1.
